Your trial day
“Meet the pack”
You are welcome to stay for the first hour so your dog can settle with you nearby. Once they are comfortable, you head off and we take it from there — play, enrichment, rest, and a full report card at collection.
The best way to know if Pup Paradise is right is to see how your dog feels here. Across one calm, happy day of play, enrichment and rest, you can simply observe how they settle in. There’s no pressure to commit on the day – take the time you need to decide.
Spaces are limited to ensure the right experience for every dog.

Pupdates and report cards, every day
You will never be left wondering. Photos and videos arrive throughout the day so you can see exactly what your dog is up to. At collection, a daily report card walks you through how the day went — highlights, energy levels, and anything worth knowing.

Try Pup Paradise for a full month — no long-term commitment, no fixed days, no automatic renewal.
Pay the same daily rate as our standard Routine Care Memberships. Use your days on any available dates throughout the month, as flexibly as you need. At the end of the month, there’s no obligation to continue — you only go further if it feels right for you and your dog.

Drop-off is by the Chiltern Velo Cafe between 08:30–09:00, collection between 17:00–17:30, Monday to Friday. We have members travelling from Berkhamsted, Chesham, Tring, Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, and beyond.

Already part of the pack? When a friend you refer joins one of our Routine Care Membership plans, you’ll both receive a free day of day care as a thank you. Just make sure they mention your name when they first get in touch.
Free day awarded once your friend enrols on a paid membership plan. Must be booked and used within six months. Subject to availability. Full terms apply.
